Process Equipment is capable of engineering, designing, manufacturing and erecting fans from 100 to 7,000 horsepower, fan rotors and complicated structural support systems using advanced metallurgy. The company evaluates temperature, abrasion, corrosion, stresses and harmonics to design efficient, economical and productive equipment. It features in-house, computer-aided design technology. Process Equipment is experienced in working with Hastelloy, Inconel, Ferralium, austenitic stainless steels, duplex stainless steels, Corten, high strength carbon steels, chrome carbide and rubber linings for fans operating in high corrosion environments. Process Equipment is located in Pelham, Ala.
