This was one of the worst service locations i have ever visited,i will never do any business with these people again,service was poor and un-professional,products were mis-represented,also the building was infested with ants and the bathroom was not fit to hardly to be used,so nasty

a little over a year ago I bought tires from Big 10 in Pelham, they had a good price at the time and was in a convenient location. They started on my car within 30 minutes. Since then I have been there 7 times to get tire fixed or to get tires rotated. Every time i am told to leave my car, when I say I have to stay, I am told it will be at least 2 HOURS even if there is a open bay and no more than 1 or 2 cars in the parking lot. Most of the time I schudule does not allow that. WHY 30 MINUTES WHEN I AM PAYING, AND 2 TO 3 HOURS FOR THERE AGREED FREE MAINTAINCE? it was not worth saving a few dollars, NEVER AGAIN
