I would like to comment on an employee there named Joyce. She has been so helpful and friendly on 2 occasions that I have been there recently. Once she held my cel phone that I had left on the table until I could get back and pick it up and just the other day she was so sweet when I stopped in after a long day of running errands. She encouraged me to taste the new orange shake, and I did,and it was so yummy I ordered a large along with my other food to take home to my husband. She was so worried about it thawing that she wrapped it in plastic and double wrapped it in brown paper bags. Not many other places have I been that they went to so much trouble to make my food still edible by the time I got home. Every time I have been there, Joyce is in there. I feel she is a real asset to your company and must be very loyal as I think she said she had worked there about 20 years.I hope Arby's realizes what they have in this employee. She sells for you and draws customers back into the store.

Finally a burger doesn't sit like a rock in my stomach after eating it. Their fries are pretty good too. But it's not really a burger. Arby's different then the other fast foods.
