Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had in dealing with a company. I ordered their duel-stringer combo stair on 9/25/13. As of today, 20 weeks later, I still do not have all the parts required to assemble the stairs. There has been no concessions made by the company, barely an attempt at an apology. Once they have your deposit, you will not recieve any thing resembeling Customer Service. One way to tell the construction industry is rebounding is the lack of customer service - epecially, when you cannot deal with the individuals face-to-face. This is our 9th remodel & these stairs have made it the most difficult experience we have encountered.
