DO NOT GO HERE!!!!

So I’ve been here a couple of times, my first incident they scratched one of my rims. They blamed it on me and I was like ok fine. The second incident was that they locked my keys inside my truck. And said that the truck locked itself and they did not want to pay for a locksmith. They kept insisting that these kinds of things don’t happen. That my truck locked itself when it had never done that. And today was just the last straw.
So... I got a new truck like 3 days ago and since I had got it from out of town it had bugs on the grill so I just went for a basic regular wash. As I come out because my truck was ready I see a stain and I ask them to please clean it. (I thought it was a water stain) yea no. The stain wasn’t coming off at all. One of the workers had to remove the stain with wax. So I walk around the truck to see if there’s more... my truck had stains all over!!! A reminder I got it 3 days ago.... so the “manager” if you can even call him a manager.. no way to sugar coat this ... he was a complete ASSHOLE!!
He comes out and sees it and says the stains were already there before they washed my truck... and I said no. My truck was clean I just brought it in because of the bugs on the grill. I insisted that he cleaned my truck properly. But he laughed in my face and refused to clean it. Thankfully one of the workers was nice enough to help me and cleaned off my truck. Since the poor excuse of the manager did not care at all. IM NEVER COMING BACK AGAIN. And I definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND FOR YOU TO GO.

Been a long time customer, recently they damaged the wheel of my new car.Their video shows the driver hitting the guide rail with the tire. They said it was barely any contact between the rail and my wheel and that it did not cause the damage. $200 worth of damage to the new wheel. Will not be going back ever.

Paid $50 to have my new 2014 corvette stingray washed. They didn't take any of the trash out or wipe down any surface. They also overused and slathered leather conditioner ALL over my leather interior. It still doesn't look like when I bought it. They messed my $75,000 car up. I will be back to let them know they will be buying new leather for my car. They are THE worst business and car wash I've ever been to.

We were caught up in the flood off 288 this past weekend and had water damage internally. As soon as we picked up the car from the tow company, we could smell the funk of Houston bayou in the car. We took the car to Texas Pride Pearland because it is close to our house and just inquired as to whether or not they thought they could help us. We were ready to call a company that specialized in flood treatments. The team was extremely honest and professional. 4 hours later, our car was clean and NO smell from the flood waters remained. Texas Pride exceeded our expectations. I highly recommend this company and will go back for maintenance washes. Thank you, Texas Pride!

Today they managed to kill my battery while they left the doors open and the radio on. Had I not looked out back and noticed the hood up and a truck pulling up as if to jump start my car, I don't believe they would have ever told me. As I met up with the manager outside I was reasonably angry as I had already waited an additional 30 minutes for them to clean out the pine needles from the wells that I told them about when I first got there. In addition to not being able to communicate with the non-English speaking employees they could not tell me why they were taking my car to the back. The car was running well until it got to the back. The manager told me to "calm down" and was very defensive, not offering an apology and blaming the situation on the heat and not the fact that they had left the radio on with the doors open. I was highly offended by his lack of concern or responsibility and will never do business with them again. Nothing wrong with my battery, I had it checked out.
