I contacted these people after reading their web site. Told them to call after I got off work and to my surprise they did, and the woman who greeted me was a very polite woman. They stayed open after 5:00 on a Beer Friday to work with me. Also Tom was very nice by taking what must have been 30 miniutes or more explaining how the products work and where to place them in my home. I would say if anyone has a German Nazi Cockaroach problem these are the people to seek out not only will they direct you in the proper direction they will take the time doing so the product is alittle expensive than what you would see at your local hardware store but is enough to do two houses and within three days all movement is seized.
