I went into this NTB sotre today for a simple replacement of brake light bulbs. I was told that they would be about $2 each and that there would be no labor charge. I was floored when I was charged a whopping $37. The person assisting me indicated that the computer "marked up" the item and there wasn't anything he could do about, however, he'd give me a free oil change when I came back in. Needless to say I won't be going back for a second helping of scam!!!!!!!!!!
