I went to get my car fixed because it was running bad and had the service light on. They got my car to run better but did not tell me I had other issues for sure. So I got the catalytic converter fixed and did nothing else. 2 weeks later or so the engine light comes back on. I go to find out that there is other issues that the car had and the owner Kelly who I spoke to assumed I knew to fix something else as if I am professional. I came to this expensive well known place for an expert opinion and diagnosis which I thought I got. So when I go back they want me to pay $100 just to check the car. Its should have been done in the first place if they weren't sure what the problem was. Plus I didn't even know that when they checked my car its wasn't already diagnosed. Just a bunch of assumptions. Then the owner only remembered part of what he told me so that it was my fault. They should have told me if I had to do something else prior to leaving and been sure. Now I may need to get everything done over again plus some.

I was at Midas yesterday and I came in to get my front breaks changed. I was told by a previous auto company that I needed new front breaks. So I came to Midas to see if they would do it for me, the owner and mechanics were so nice to me and extremely honest. They said that my breaks were fine and I didn't need new pads! What auto company is that honest?! I was shocked and grateful by their honesty, that I will be back for my next oil change and more services as needed. They are very trustworthy!!!! It's great to go to an auto company that will actually take care of you and value your car & you!

If you want honest, reliable service, this is definitely the Midas to go to! I received a quote for my car repair and it ended up costing less than I was quoted. A man by the name of Roy was very nice and told me exactly what I needed and the work was done faster than promised. Thank you for such great, quality service. I will definitely recommend you to everyone.

So in the summer heat our AC in our truck broke and after several calls to repair shops in the area Midas in Pearland was the only one that was able to see us on the spot. As soon as we arrived they diagnosed the problem within 10 minutes and they were able to service it within in a couple hours. Additionally, they searched for the best prices on the parts needed to limit our cost. Kelly Moore, who recently took over ownership of the business was extremely helpful and a delight to work with. I will go back in a heartbeat and highly recommend them.

First off I am just writing this to revise all the comments already on review. For the car with the $300 discount. If a part is warrantied for a year and actually the parts warranty is not through us its through who sells the part there is nothing we can do. Secondly it was not 1 month out of warranty it was four. And lastly my manager asked you to bring your car back and we would handle it and you did not bring it back. So I am sorry that you thought you had to go somewhere else to get the repairs done but when we offered for you to come back you never showed up. And for the synthetic oil change. On the 19.99 coupon it states for conventional oil any synthetic or synthetic blend oil is extra. I can say when the prices changed for her it was because the oil prices changed. I will say that now on all coupons for the synthetic and synthetic blend oil changes you get a $10 off the original prices for them. That way from now on if oil prices change your prices will not. I am sorry that we lost her and her family as customers but the problem is now fixed on that pricing issue

never never go there...I needed a few parts replaced in my car and due to the labor needed both fixed at the same time for a discount of $300 .. they did NOT replace the part..stating the part did not need to be replaced so now I have taking it to another shop where they state that in fact the part does need to be replaced so my discount of $300 has now turned into a payment of $500 dollars..thanks for that..not only that has but a part with a 5 yr life span has gone out in less than a year but since it has been 1onth after the warranty of 1 yr there is nothing they can do for me...that place is aoney hole if you don't waste your money their you will later have to waste it somewhere else STAY AWAY!!!
