My husband and decided to shop at this location for a mattress. When we sat to check out, our sales person asked if we wanted box springs to which we said no. He charged us for them on our invoice and we thought fine since it was $100. We received our box springs and mattress and now our bed sits 3 feet 3 inches. We called the store and they told us we can buy Bunkie boards for $150 since box springs cant be returned,,,,, no thank you.

We were also given a redemption form from Best Buy. We called Best Buy after the allotted 5 days and they indicated the sales order wasn't turned in. Called the store and they gave us a customer service number... which never answers the phone, always goes to voice mail which is a waste since they never return a call. Should have walked over to the competitor....Horrible example for a "family owned business"
