Excellent in all respects! They are professional, thorough, fast, a pleasure to deal with, and best of all, artists: my formerly scraped up car is beautiful again. It looks like new! I hope never to need body work again, but if I do this is where I'm going. Highly recommended.

WOW! About sums it up! I stopped in and got an estimate for my bumper which they did right away while I waited. Told them I would like to have the work done. They called me when parts came in. Took 1 week but the job was PERFECT! AND they washed & detailed my car, What service! Great communication & wonderful people. I highly recommend Int'l Paint and body. They are my go to body shop now.

My review of this place is combined from two visits. The first would probably have received a 4 or 5 star rating, while the last receives a one, hence the combined 2 star rating.



They mostly do good quality work, but they are very SLOW.



I also don't trust the advice I got from them. They will try not to give you an exact quote for your repair. I also recommend you avoid using any diminished value "experts" they may refer you to. Research that on your own if you want to collect it.



If you know exactly what you want done, and your not in a hurry, you can probably expect good work from these guys. If your looking for a place to give you advice about anything, go somewhere else.

I sent my 16 year old son to International Paint & Body to get an estimate for repairs on his car that was hit in the rear. The damage seemed minor so I felt little time would have to be spent in determining the cost of repair. I felt it was important that he experienced the process of dealing with insurance after an accident and all the other things it entails; so I sent him by himself while I was at work. I came home tonight expecting to find out the cost of repair when I was told that an associate told him that, "The ground was too wet", so they could not give him an estimate. Apparently it had been raining. Really?!? I mean really?!? Do I need to go any further? Really?!? The ground is too wet? I'm done.

They have a customer for life in us! After only having my new car for a few weeks I got hit. My insurance co wanted me to take the car to their "prefered" place and the other driver's insurance co wanted me to use their "prefered" place but we decided to bring it to International Paint & Body, partly because they were close to our house and partly because of their A Better Business Bureau rating plus my husband had stopped in one time to talk to them about a paint job and he liked the work that he saw on the other cars. So we knew that they would do a good job, but Mike went above and beyond what any other body shop would've done to make sure that my car was fixed correctly. They found some other problems with the car and helped us deal with the dealership that we purchased the car from when we were trying to figure out how/who was going to pay for the previous damage. I honestly do not feel that we would have gotten the kind of help from any other body shop that we received from Mike. They made sure that my car was fixed all the way and fixed the right way. They were nice to us any time we called to check on the progress or any time we just stopped in to check. They were extremelly helpful in answering any questions that we had about anything that was going on. If you're in need of a pain and body shop, you can't go wrong with International Paint & Body. I'll never go anywhere else
