i did a dresser that had she had messed up the slidder rails that slide the rails n replaced the slidder rails to dresser i picked it for free n free delivery if she was not happy with hte dresser why did she pay for it upon delivery she could have refused the job but did not until months later after all the mis use shes being doing to it just like how it ended up like that n the first place its antique u have to be gentle with it , remember there over 60 to 100 yrs old just like people when we get older we have to be more fragile with our bodies we cant do the same things we did like when we were younger if shes un happy bring it to me n i will look at it n see whats wrong with it ntry to fix it but only if its the problem that i fixed n the first place ok

first of all mike sent me a pic of avery flat sofa i gave him a ball park quote for just the cushions which were cushions that wouldnt be attached n told him not to hold me to it with out seeing it n person i sent the workers out there to get the double reclyner sofa which was very heavy n threw n free pick n delivery when my workers brought it back to me the cushions were attached in to the frame i gave him a price before i worked on it he didnot tell me no to not do the job or he could have refused to do it at all but did not i had to be very very careful w the fabric n restuffing all the top n bottom cushions which were attached to the frame n he wanted me to the 2 arm pannels which were attached to the frame too this was a very difficult job the before n after pis were a totally different transfomation when we delivered he said nothing at all about being dissatisfied or at all i got no phone calls at all what so ever n i show people the pics of before n after n they say wow

I contacted the office number and spoke to a woman that claimed that her husband had been in the business for 16 years, She estimated that the cost would be $250 for re-padding our double La Z Boy couch. On Friday June 20, 1914, two folks finally arrived to pick up the couch. On Monday, I was called and advised that the work had been completed, but the cost was going to be $450 plus tax. I was extremely upset that work had been started without calling me to advise of the work to be done and wound up paying a total of $420 if the owner would place a 1 year warranty on the sofa repair. The "finished" product was delivered that evening and by Tuesday evening, 1 day after delivery, the padding was as bad on one cushion, I contacted the owner by phone and he told me that it was impossible: I sent him a picture of the sofa, and he has refused to call me back. I did not receive the service that I was guaranteed and no attempt has been made to rectify this situation.

Do not take any furniture here for repairs. We brought to them an antique dresser to have the drawers fixed, they did fix the drawers but took a huge chunk out of the scalloping. They one did not want to take responsibility for the damages. The will also screen calls refuse to answer any questions, it actually got so bad we had to contact local law enforcement several times.
