Be prepared for a long waits in reception and exam rooms. Patients will be required to pay fees before services are rendered and there is a $25 no show charge after the first missed appointment. I was contacted to schedule (and pay) for a follow-up visit after a breast ultrasound, which I questioned since I was still awaiting results of the ultrasound to be mailed to my home. I was told by the nurse that the purpose for requested visit would be for Dr. Duff to perform a breast self-exam. Isn't a breast self exam to detect lumps/changes in breast tissue? Wouldn't the results of my soon to be received breast ultrasound offered by a radiologist detect with greater accuracy the anticipated findings of a less effective breast self exam given by her? Why would I pay for such a visit when favorable results from an ultrasound could negate the need for further care? Next visit, she denied full one year supply of hormone pills to ensure my compliance with her further recommendations.

Absolutely loved her. Was skeptical at first but after a few OB appointments I came to really love her and her staff. I cannot imagine my pregnancy without having her there. She delivered my babies afterhours even though she was not on call. She also came to the hospital to verify for herself that my water had broken nearly 6 weeks early. If I have any more children I will definitely use her again. She is thorough at each appointment and genuinely cares about her patients.

Made me cry every time I saw her. Ordered unnecessary tests. Tried to make me get a CT Scan at 7 months pregnant. Told me if I didn't she would drop me. WTH? Everyone knows that causes health problems for the child. Do not go to her if you value sanity!
