Very helpful staff. They helped me out for some screws I was not able to find. Very friendly staff willing to go out of their way to find what I needed.

Are refrigerator quit working the day before Thanksgiving it was about 5:30 p.m. and I called around to several places trying to find somebody to come out to repair. Everybody told me Friday was the best they could do, accept advanced Appliance. Young lady on the phone said let me call my boss, he called me and told me he would come out and take a look at my refrigerator even though he was fixing to go out of town. He asked me just in case they couldn't repair it would you like for me to put a refrigerator on his truck it was my choice and if I wanted he would go ahead and delivered at the same time. It's a good thing he brought the refrigerator because I'm opening up my refrigerator to try and repair you could clearly see that it was fried completely. We replace the refrigerator with a new Whirlpool refrigerator and they never charge me a service call or delivery fee saving our Thanksgiving. I personally feel he went out of his way to help us, he is definitely a genuine guy. You'll never get that kind of service from a Lowe's Home Depot or any other major appliance store.

My refrigerator went out yesterday morning and I called advanced appliance to check it out. The tech was out shortly after I called them. they told me the compressor was out and it was not worth repairing, so the nice young man that came out suggested that I go by the store and take a look at their inventory. I just purchased 350$ worth of groceries the night before. So I went to advanced appliance and purchased a new scratch and dent refrigerator that was about half the cost of a new one and the same young man delivered and installed it the same day. Thank you Advanced appliance for saving me a huge amount of money and a special thanks to the nice young man who helped me out through this whole ordeal.

I just had a very pleasant experience with Advanced Appliance. The technician showed up on time and appreciated that I did not want to spend a lot to repair my older refrigerator. He was able to diagnose the problem with water valve assembly and ice maker. Both were fixed and I was VERY satisfied with the price which amounted to less than $200. Had a technician come out to fix a broken fridge. After 5 mins he said the motherboard was bad. They wanted more than we wanted to pay for the repair so we told them not to fix it. The technician left very angry. A little later I went to look if I could replace the motherboard myself and found 8 wires cut. The fridge used to turn on but not blow cold air, now it does nothing. Beware! If you make them angry they will destroy your equipment.
