Exceptional customer service! Would highly recommend! We were running out to vacation with the bags packed and car running with dogs and our toddler inside. We ran into the house for one last item we had forgotten and came out to the nightmarish scenario of the dog having hit the door lock button and us having no spare key. Driscoll's Lock and Key were on the scene in minutes and had the door open and us on our way to vacation in minutes. They were LIFE SAVERS! Again as above, they refused any money as it involved a child and there policy is not charge when it does. We have tried multiple times since to show our gratitude and each time it has been refused. This just speaks to the character and professionalism of this business. We will becoming to them for all our needs and have spoken highly of them to all family and friends! Would highly recommend!

In April 2011, I accidentally left the car keys on my 11 month old, son's lap after securing him in the car. My son incidentally pressed the key which locked the door. It was a warm spring day and the windows were closed. Needless to say, I was frantic since I didn't have a spare key. After calling a locksmith who said that it would take him 45 minutes to arrive, I quickly ran to the house to continue my search for another locksmith, since the fire department and local police didn't come despite my calls. What a relief to hear Chuck's voice over the phone when he said, "Don't worry, I will be there right away." He stuck to his word and arrived quickly and opened the car door within 3 minutes of his arrival. He didn't take a dime for his service since his company's policy is not to charge for infants locked in the car. I would highly recommend their services. They not only stand by their word but have regard for human life. These principles are what will sustain them

I locked myself out of my apartment and got a quote for $75+ tax. 20 minutes later I found an alternate solution to my problem. I called to cancel as he was arriving to the location. He then told me that he would do the lock for $45. Again, this is after I had already found a solution to my lock problem. Then he tried to shake me down for $45 JUST FOR SHOWING UP! That is more than half the price for his entire service! He swore at me because I didn't want to give him the $45 for showing up and was completely unprofessional. When I offered to pay for his gas for getting to the location, he told me that it was insufficient. I gave him $20 for his trouble, which I thought was fair and he told me never to call him again.

I am a general building contractor who was hired to install doors with locks that needed a specialist. Contacted Driscoll's and spoke to Pat who assured me he could handle the job, and he did. They arrived quickly, worked well with myself and the property owner, and finished a difficult job efficiently and with reasonable cost. I will surely call Pat and his crew with any future job where a professional is needed.
