My girlfriend and I dined at the Pearl location this evening [6/4/14] at the bar. The service was the worst I've seen in a while. So unprofessional. The manager obviously had the night off. The entire staff seemed to be busy playing rather than taking care of customers. Not going back

I took my family there after Pearl Graduation, There were 8 of us. It took them almost an hour to bring our food, it had been sitting under a heat lamp for so long it was dry and none of us ate much of it. Ask for the Manager, he just said sorry and went on his way. Worst place in Pearl to eat. WE WILL NOT BE BACK and I hope this saves you from a bad dining experiance.

I would like to say that we were there tonight and the service was good but the chef that cooked the steak was terrible. we order a filet and the steak was cooked not cooked as we order. I believe it was a sirlion instead of filet. You need to check the cook.

My steak smelled like rotten meat. Had to spit out my first bite. Potato and shrimp horrible also. Worst meal I have ever been served!
