I have had lots of repairs and appraisals done here and they have always been very helpful and quick. I have had a great experience with them and will continue to use them for anything. I trust them completely and I noticed someone said that they could not return something. Well, you can't return jewelry anywhere if you wait too long. I am sure there must have been some sort of policy in place or time limit because they have always been completely honest and considerate when I have gone in there.

My son used my credit card to purchase a present for his girlfriend. He's a good kid but he is still a kid. When he went in there, they talked him into something more expensive. He went over---way over. So I called the store to say we were going to bring it back. I was told they don't give refunds!!! What kind of store doesn't give refunds - especially jewelry stores? It sounds to me like they are not very confident in their product and it makes me wonder. Have they had people get the jewelry home and realize it isn't good quality, so they have had to stop refunds? That is the only reason I can imagine a store having such a policy. Son't buy from this store unless you want to get stuck with the product.
