Definitely a shady place of business! I brought in my car to change my brake pads. They told me that my rotors were beyond resurfacing. My car only has 29000 miles on it. Needless to say, I took their word for it. My brakes screamed enough to echo against nearby buildings. I had to bring in my car four times before my brakes worked properly. I actually felt bad for them at first. My other car had a nail in the tire. I took it there. They called me and told me that they saw no nail and that I needed to change the whole tire because the tread depth was to shallow and the cost would be $400. I declined, of course! The head of the nail was shiny and 3/8" in diameter.Hardly unnoticable! I checked the tire when I got home and the shiny nail head was in plain sight.I took it to a different place and they couldn't understand why Midas Pearl City would do business like that.They removed the nail and patched the tire.They also told me the tire tread was just fine! Midas pearl city never again!!
