On time service an my car was spotless I will use the service again

I don't know where the other review came from but it was not my experience. Our first appointment was set up for 2/28 at noon. 12:15 still no word, so I call; he says will be 1.5 hours before he'll be here. Started raining, I called and told him. He said he would call when he got home to reschedule. 3 days later, no call, no email. Finally, he emails we get set up for 3/10 at 3pm. (his schedule is very busy as I was available any day any time). 3/10 at 3pm comes and goes, no sign of him and again, no call. I call. Says he's at another customers who can't find something and could be here in 1.5 hours but will call me back in a few minutes. In a few minutes calls back will be here in 2 hours. Showed up at 5:15pm. This was suppose to be a 2 hour interior detail and then exterior detail. Well the windows weren't cleaned, mirrors inside & out not cleaned, step boards muddy, hood not cleaned. Terrible, just terrible. Took and had someone do a proper cleaning today

I tried G K Auto Spa. I heard so much about the quality and professional service that Gerald gives. This business is a favorite of mine for one He is very prompt, and he is an honest man. This is a unique business, I don't have to leave my comfort zone he comes to me and the most important thing is the service that he provide for me on my car was a job well done.Now, that's excellent services and very convenient.
