Provided by YPmobileAfter a hectic day at home with three kids, I decided to get everyone out of the house and have a cupcake break. My kids are familiar with the flavors and each picked their favorite. My youngest tripped and dropped her cupcake just outside the door. The woman working the register saw what happened and ran out to bring my daughter a new cupcake. She even put a chocolate heart on top! Nice people. We will be back!!

Provided by YP.comLike the other reviews my experience has been just that, an experience! Rude girl at the counter for so so cupcakes. My children were not treated nicely and that alone is a red flag! After the girl at the counter rudely asked my 12 yr old what she wanted and she pointed to the cupcake she desired, the girl rolled her eyes and breathed quite heavily and replied which one?! I asked the girl if everything was ok, and she never replied, ignored me completely! I then turned on my heels and walked right out!

Provided by YP.comI am forever boycotting Gigi's Cupcakes in Peachtree City!! My 8 year-old had to use their restroom 911 (which their restroom is quite visible through the window for everyone to see). She RAN in, and a lady came from the back to stop her from entering their restroom. She told my daughter that their restroom is for customers only. My daughter explained that is was an extreme emergency, and she was in a state of panic. The lady actually said, "Sorry...you have to buy a cupcake first." OMG!!! I freaked out! I explained that I am a frequent customer, and I have a loyalty card. I place orders in large quantities often! She gave me a smirk and said "Sorry, you have to buy a cupcake before she can use the restroom." We RAN out and Atlanta Bread Co. said, "Sure honey! It's back there." When we asked to use their restroom. I will NEVER EVER buy from them again. Apparently money means more than common decency!!

Provided by YPmobileI have been to Gigi's twice. Both times their customer service was severely lacking. The woman appeared to be annoyed that I came in, as if I was bothering her. I got the grasshopper cupcake and red velvet. The cupcakes have a LOT of icing on them. It's overpowering. The chocolate cake was not moist at all. It was hard, actually. Both of the cupcakes had a weird taste to them. They taste how it smells when you walk in to the store. It is not worth the money. Especially when they're customer service is so poor. Make your own cupcakes or buy them at publix.

Provided by YPmobileI have been to Gigi's in the Avenue two times now and both experiences were bad. The first time I went, there were no other customers. I picked a cupcake and the lady working had no personality and basically walked away once she shoved my receipt at me. Not a thank you or come back again or a smile! Then I decided to give them another chance so today I went there for a cupcake gift. An older woman was working. I was on the phone with my distraught mother who was upset about her elderly father being very sick. I again was the only customer in there. I smiled and joked while picking out my cupcake and the lady ignored my attempts of friendliness. I handed her my debit card to pay for the overly expensive frosting mound, I mean cupcake, and she gave me a horrible look like she was offended that I was paying with my card. I'm not sure what that was about. Then I signed the receipt and didn't tip her because all she did was 3 arm motions of picking up cupcake putting in the box AND the cupcake was already almost $5! I handed her the receipt and pen- still while my mother is crying on the phone to me. I told the woman thank you and she, get ready, shrugged her shoulders and gave me an awful, tight-lipped dirty look and didn't even say thank you for coming- nothing!! I have literally no idea why both times I have been treated so rudely but for prices like those for mediocre desserts- they should be thanking customers for keeping them in business. I will never be going back.
