Ordered product 2 months ago. Items were backordered so asked them to ship in full. My card was charged 9/19 so I called today 9/23 to get a tracking number. Yet my stuff hasn't shipped and they don't even have everything in order to ship it. They are expecting to get it in tomorrow 9/24. Why are they charging me if they don't even have the item in their possession? Didn't think this was legal to charge for something until you can ship it out.
