We subscribe to a national pricing service which enables us to provide our clients with "No Surprise Service". The service gives the national average to perform a certain repair task. A provided program is used to input our actual material and overhead, and then the prices are compiled into a "Straight Forward Pricing" book. Therefore, we are able to quote a price for a given job before the work is done whether the technician is having a good or bad day; Hence...no surprises. After the plumber determines what corrective action is required, both you and the plumber will consult the "Straight Forward Pricing" book and select the steps to solve your problem. You will know exactly how much the work will cost, and not some "seat of the pants" price.

Great service! Shaun called to let me know he was coming and then showed up exactly when he said he would. Was able to fix my heater right then and there and was very informative about what the problem was and how the heating system in my condo worked. He even gave some good recommendations of other things to look into to keep things functioning more efficiently. Would highly recommend!
