Know your prices before shopping here. I needed a ball for my son two days before Christmas and was told over the phone a basic ball and bag would cost about $150. When I got there I found out that they didn't have any in stock. So the owner gave me a price of $139 for a display ball. I was so caught up in having a new ball for my son that I just paid it. To add insult to injury I was charged $54 for a bag that can be purchased just about anywhere for $35 or less. Total bill was over $200. And he has a no return, credit only policy.

My wife and I recently bought new bowling balls from this fantastic pro shop. We were given a huge amount a professional information and the available choices were huge. I average 192 and my wife 152. We have bowled for the past 15 or so years and will now be going ONLY to the Bowler's Edge. The owner/operator/driller is Wayne and he is so polite and smart. Unlike other shops, he answers your questions and treats everyone in the pro shop equally. Everyone seems important to him. And the customer service after the sale is fantastic. This store has masive inventory of bowling gear, unlike the limited selections of other so-called pro shops. This place is the only place we recommend because they provide the best service & products for all levels of bowling. After twenty years in the bowling business you sure must know what you are doing.....and The Bowler's Edge sure does the very best in Rhode Island. This should be your first only place to by bowling equipment, no matter what your level

Best ball driller in RI

Very high prices and seemingly a limited amount of bowling knowledge in general. Shopped around many shops in Southern New England and found the prices to be the highest here. Would not recommend to the serious bowler or anyone looking to learn anything about the game.

Extremely knowledgable and courteous. Gave us a lot of information and time, made the experience of buying a bowling ball exciting and comfortable.
