I was asked to find a Co. to shred our old records. I called several Co. and they all told me that they could take care of my shredding for less. I asked "less than what?" They said Shred-it! So I listened to there reason and how Shred-it will charge me by the minute and how by charging by the box I would know exactly my cost to shred before they even started. After speaking with four shredding Co. I decided to call Shred-it to hear for myself and spoke with a person who answered the phone and asked me several questions and proceeded to tell me how the service is based on time and not by the box. I asked them why by the time and not by the box like all the other Co.? She went on to explain that time is the fairest way to charge since neither one of us knew if all the boxes were full. I decided to go with Shred-it they were very friendly, efficient and professional. The boxes were not all full and the cost of the service was less than the others. Thanks Shred-it! keep it up!
