Happened to stumble across Shampooch and thought I'd try them out and was wonderfully surprised! The prices were very competitive. The lady was wonderful on the phone and even better in person. She took time to talk with me about what I wanted for my dogs. She was very caring and kind. She took time to talk with my dogs before taking them away. When I picked the dogs up I LOVED how they looked and they smelled great too! I was very happy with my experience.
