One of the most frustrating experiences I've ever had. Dropped off an item for a repair estimate and after 7 days I called to see what was going on. I was told someone would be in touch with me that day. After 2 days I did not hear back and picked up the item and had it repaired elsewhere. Enthusiastic sales people, but terrible at customer service. Surprised they could stay in business with that attitude. I get the impression they only want warranty work.
