great fabrics but bad customer service. They are not a friendly crew. They don't go out of their way to help you.

I have been shopping at Lorraine's for years! My mother used to bring me there when I was a girl, learning to sew. The $1.99 loft has a wonderful selection of fabrics, and their notions and trims are terrific. Plan on spending lots of time at Lorraine's. I always go there with a specific project in mind, but end up leaving the store with materials for multiple projects. I just can't help myself!
