I LOVE HAIR CONNECTION I HAVE BEEN GOING THERE FOR OVER FIFTEEN YEARS AND LOVE THAT FACT THAT I NEVER HAVE TO WORRY I TELL LISA WANT I WANT AND SHE DOES IT RIGHT EVERY TIME!!

This was my first time there. I wanted to try something new. I wish I hadn't! The prices were not that reasonable, and neither was the hairdresser. I thought she was sloppy. I actually had color splashed on me. It was not at all a relaxing experience. I can't speak for all of the hair stylists there, only the girl I went to. Less that 3 weeks later my color was turning a brassy orangey color, so I called back, and was told that "It's not that expensive to fix". I think it should have been free, since she NEVER put toner in my hair, but I didn't say anything because I figured she knew what she was doing. So I went back and she "toned" it for only $20.00 what a deal! I think that she has a lot to learn about keeping the customer happy. They will NEVER see me in there again. My money will be spent elsewhere, and I would recommend you do the same.
