I wanted to exchange for another piece of furniture, however, their policy is that if the item is broken, damaged, or missing a piece, you have 30 days. What does that mean ! So basically this so call 30 day return policy does not apply to anything else like changed mind, or not working for you or not what you expected! I'm not even asking to return it, I'm asking if I can exchange it. WE WILL NOT BE GOING BACK TO THEM !
