Everyone was very friendly (with exception for the owner) and seemed VERY knowledgeable in all areas of locksmithing. The young man was extremely helpful and went out of his way to help me find a part that no one else could seem to find. The shop looks really old and if they don't have what your looking for, then it probably doesn't exist. The prices are comparable, if not a bit cheaper than other local shops. This truly was a one stop locksmith shop.
