Dr. Klipfell is an exceptionally skilled and experienced surgeon and I feel fortunate to have been referred to him. The office staff however is horrendously inept and rude.

The office staff are the most rude people I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. They flat out lie, do not return phone calls and if there is a question on correspondence they state the patient made a mistake, and that is with a letter in front of them, with what the patient requested. Oh, and they'll hang up on you too. There is no rating bad enough for them.
