Tidelands HealthPoint Center for Health and Fitness is the region's premier medical fitness center. Staffed by specially trained exercise physiologists, the 40,000-square-foot, modern facility features an indoor lap pool and whirlpool, complete cardiovascular equipment, free weights, an indoor track and a volleyball and basketball gym. The center is also home to a women's-only workout area and a day spa.
