We were a "Preferred Customer".
Kevin and I purchased our home in December of 2021. We have spent thousands of dollars with Dependable since that purchase including a yearly maintenance agreement, hot water heater cleaning, gas log installation, UV Light for the HVAC and one of the jobs was cleaning the HVAC duct work. Last week during our scheduled spring maintenance the service tech informed us the duct system is filthy. He didn't realize his company had just done the cleaning a couple of months ago. Kevin told him he was not happy to hear the job was not done well. Before leaving, the service tech looked into the issue and told us he was not surprised because the original tech that did the cleaning was no longer with the company. We asked for the work to be done again. Today we were told the only part that would be recleaned was what could be seen which is at the intake just behind the filter. The big thing that was supposed to appease us was the "as a sorry about that" Dependable would fog the system with an antimicrobial for "free". How can we be comfortable with what CANNOT BE SEEN??? Especially knowing the tech that did the job was no longer with the company. All of that filth has certainly blown through the ENTIRE SYSTEM continuously since the supposed cleaning we paid for a couple of months ago!!! We really thought the Dependable Manager would stand behind the work his company was paid to do and that he would send his two best techs out to re-clean all the duct work. Two techs, three or so hours of work to clean ductwork, would have made a loyal customer happy and show us the company is trustworthy and stands behind what they say and do. Needless to say we are very disappointed and feel cheated out of a lot of money.😡 Dependable is obviously NOT DEPENDABLE when comes to matters of customer service.

I was hoping for one more season with my heat pump but it decided not to cooperate! Dependable sent out Kevin to evaluate what was wrong (he had been out a few weeks earlier for a "tune-up". He walked me through everything and helped me select a new heat pump. Plus he got it delivered and setup the very next day. Jorge and Frank were the technicians that did the install and they could not have been nicer or more professional. They also walked me through everything with my new system. Even my dogs liked them, which is a plus. Can not recommend Dependable Plumbing and Air more highly. They are my new "go to's" for heating/AC and plumbing!

Austin Miller came out today and within a couple of minutes was able to determine where my drainage issue was. Turned out to not be a blocked drain, but a valve on my kitchen sink that had gone bad. Very happy with not only his expertise and professionalism, but with the overall experience of the ladies in the office who set up my appointment. I booked through Home Advisor late Saturday and they called within 5 minutes. Wonderful experience. Highly recommend.
