This is a highly recommended company because they truly care about your surveying problem. They will discuss your situation and then give you several options. They will give you a price to do the work, which is done by a licensed professional land surveyor, John C. Hunt, PS., who has more than 43 years of experience. They use the most modern technology, GPS and robotic total station, and all work is done by appointment so you know when the surveyor will arrive at your site. They do all kinds of surveying--Certified residential boundary surveying, commercial surveying, topographic surveying, Letters of Map Amendment (FEMA LOMA documents), site plans, land divisions with new property descriptions, and drawings that you can record at the county court house. If you just have a question about your land or land surveying in general you can call them or go into their office and a knowledgeable person will help you.
