Pavilion Central School District is one of the leading educational institutions in the United States. Located in Pavilion, N.Y., the school district comprises more than five elementary, middle and high schools and special education centers. Operational for more than 35 years, it enrolls over 4,000 children in grades kindergarten through 12. The school district offers a wide variety of student support services, such as mediation solutions, personal safety, counseling groups, character education, guidance counseling, math and reading summer sessions; speech, language, occupational and physical therapies; and school psychology services, special education and academic intervention. Its annual events include the spring musical, science symposium, art show, elementary writing Olympics, winter and spring music concerts and parent open houses. The school district oversees various departments, such as career divisions, building management teams, academic and athletic booster clubs, parent teacher organization, friends of the performing arts, strategic planning team and district safety and technology committee.
