I had the worst experience ever. They lost my insulation after ordering it and having it delivered to that store. I received a call saying to come and pick it up. After dealing with traffic and for them to tell me they lost it I wasn't happy. Four days prior I was trying to order my insulation and the woman helping me just got up and walked away saying she had to go to the bathroom. She just didn't want to help me clearly and didn't return. It seems it's run by KINDERGARTNERS. I will never shop there again! Listen to me and go to another store!

Disappointing ... I've always preferred Lowe's over Home Depot but not this time. HD purchase price was lower but was matched. I ordered and paid for 12 Brute trash cans. After I left, the store called and told me they only had 8 in stock and wanted me to revise order. I told them I would wait until all were in stock and pick them up all at once. They said they would call when stocked. I waited 2 weeks and decided to visit store to check status. They had more than 12 on the floor. I asked why I didn't receive a call and they didn't know. A lot of effort, gas and time was needlessly expended.
