WORST TAXI COMPANY IN LONG ISLAND!The most incompetent bunch of lowlife scum operate this terrible company, especially the dispatcher Melanie, who does not know her posterior from her face. I asked for a taxi pick up at Goodyear in Patchogue, & Melanie told me 5 minutes. 15 minutes later, a Lindy taxi pulls into the parking lot across the street, looking around, I try to wave him down, but he proceeds to pull off. I call Melanie back & say that I am at Goodyear & taxi left. She puts me on hold for 5 minutes, then comes back on and says yeah, what do you want?. I asked her if she was drunk or high because I just explained the situation to her, and she hangs up. Suffolk should pull their license to operate because these dirtbags are classless losers who treat paying customers like dirt. Id rather walk than give these scum a penny. I repeat, DO NOT CALL THIS PLACE - THEY WILL LEAVE YOU STRANDED AND FRUSTRATE YOU - CALL ANYONE ELSE BESIDES THESE DEGENERATE BELLY CRAWLING SCAM ARTISTS
