NEW YORKERS DONâ??T HAVE TIME FOR BULLSHIT So, when we built a brewery in Patchogue on the South Shore of Long Island in 1998, we got right to work brewing beer that stands up to New Yorkâ??s. It started with two friends and our Toasted Lager, the American amber lager that quickly became a beer New Yorkers were proud to stand behind, taking home two World Beer Cup gold medals and earning a reputation as a no-frills, all-flavor, everyday beer in the process. Today, it's our flagship beer in a growing lineup of easy-drinking, hard-not-to-love craft beers.
