I've been coming here for a couple of years b/c there is no Toyota dealership within a few miles of Pataskala. About a year ago, one of their techs pulled a wire off my air filter box. It showed up as "check engine" on the dash. $80 dollars and trip to the dealership later, it was fixed. The said they replace PVC valves but they didn't have one in stock for my vehicle. They said they're going to order one and will be here in a few days. When I came back, the same guys were in there and they didn't know what I was talking about. About a three weeks ago, a day after my oil change, my engine light came back on. Didn't even think to check the airbox again. Well, $80 dollara and more wasted time later, it was fixed. Yep, they pulled a wire off my airbox agian. All the dealer did was push i back in. I just stopped by there an hour ago on my way home from work b/c they forgot to put a new sticker on my window so I know when to come back. The tech working told me that you may have driven that far since the last time. He was saying that I may have driven 5,000 in the last three weeks!! He then told me to puill around so I can get scanned in. After sitting there an waiting for him for 15 minutes, I drove off. There was only one car in the garage. All he had to do scan and sticker me. I have tremendous patience, but after all this, I will no longer be going here. I feel the techs act and perform like low lever techs. I pay $60 an oil change for full synthetic and feel that I am not getting my money's worth here. With the price of gas nowadays, you just can't afford to a 2nd rate shop that will have you end up paying more in the long run. I do not reccomend this shop.
