The fellow who measured and went over the initial paperwork and fielded my questions was very professional - however, now I'm terrified - I have yet to get a call back to reschedule, cannot schedule everyone else in until I get an install date confirmed. Waiting, waiting, waiting.... no call back

My experience is different. I also ordered through Home Depot. Counter Revolution won't return my calls when I tried to find out the status of my order. The calls go to voice call, but no one calls me back. Even when Home Depot ask them to call me, no one calls. All they had to do was tell me the status, but they wouldn't make that effort to return my call. That is absolutely bad customer service.

I took a huge gamble and purchased a Silestone countertop through Home Depot (in Woodbridge, NJ). Home Depot subcontractors are not always known for their reliability. Before signing with Home Depot, I checked out their countertop installer (Counter Revolution) as best as I could, and could not find any complaints against them. I also phoned them, and the General Manager actually returned my call. I asked him many questions about the business, etc., which he answered without any impatience. From the first phone call from them to the actual install, was only 13 business days. All of the guys who stepped foot in my home were professional, obviously experienced, and cleaned up as though they were never in my house. This company honored every word they uttered, from timeline to finished product. I haven't had any problems yet, and can't vouch for how they would handle them. Based on what I've seen, however, I'm not worried. For now, I would wholeheartedly recommend this company!
