An OASIS like no other! Our tasting room is nestled amongst the hills in the beautiful south-east portion of Paso Robles in the El Pomar District. Have your tasting inside or out, overlooking breathtaking scenes that include 60 planted acres of SIP certified sustainable vineyards, 2 acres of gardens and flowers, and a grove of 130+ year old olive trees. Our grounds are perfect for a casual picnic in the sunshine or an intimate wedding. You can enjoy tableside service in the sunshine and often leave learning something new. You’ll be able to spot a wide variety of wildlife on the property, with an assortment of birds from sparrows and quail to imposing hawks and eagles. Still Waters is a family owned vineyard that is dedicated to producing small lots of premium estate wines including Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Malbec, Cabernet Franc, Syrah, Grenache, Primitivo, Zinfandel, Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, Viognier, and Pinot Gris as well as estate olive oil for tasting.An OASIS like no other! One of my worst t expierences i had this year 2008. Was at a winery is at Sto;; Waters Vineyard! Last year we came down it was great. Everyone there was very helpful and nice. So this year , we had a huge crowd and we were treated like Peasants. First of all it's 's a festival, so wine tasting are not mandatory. So not all of our party was going to do the tasting, because some us had to drive back down the mountain. The best asset is winery had was picnic tables. on green grass. So my party was set to eat lunch there and some our party were going to tastings. My mother had paid for a tasting as was in the process of walking around the grounds. She thought the wine glass was included in the tasting, But she found it WASN'T BECAUSE THE LADY OF THE ESTABLISH MENT, FORCEFULLY TOOK THE WINE GLASS OUT OF HER HAND. SHE WASN'T EVEN FINISHED WITH ALL HER TASTINGS. HOW RUDE IS THAT. so then my aunt had went inside and check out what they had. She had a glass from another winery that happen to have some wine in it. THE OWNER HAD FOLLOWED HER OUTSIDE TO HER CAR AND ONCE SHE SAT DOWN IN THE SEAT , HE REACHED IN A GRABBED THE GLASS, STATING THE GLASSES ARE NOT FOR SALE. SHE STILL HAD THE IN HAND AND TOLD HIM ' THIS IS NOT YOUR GLASS" AND READ OFF THE OTHER WINERY. THAT RIGHT IS UN CALLED HER. THEN I COME INTO THE WINERY TO USE THE RESTROOM. SHE CAME UP TO ME AND WAS TELLING ME WHAT JUST HAPPENED. AND JUST WHEN I SAID, WHO DID THIS TO YOU. THE GUY CAME OUT IN THE HALLWAY AND SAID I WAS THE ONE WHO DID IT. I MEAN , THAT IS SOOOO RUDE TO BUT INTO A CONVERSATION , WHEN HE WASN'T EVEN INVITED TO DO SO. HE SAID HE WAS THE OWNER OF THE WINERY AND HE WAS HAVING A BAD DAY. DOES THAT JUSTIFY WHAT HE DID , HELL NO. DESPITE HOW BEAUTIFUL THIS WINERY IS , DO NOT GO THERE BECAUSE YOU WILL HAVE A HORRIBLE SERVICE IF THE OWNER IS HAVING A BAD DAY. AND IT LOCATED IN THE BOONIES. SO PREPARE TO DRIVE FAR.
