THE COMPANY NEEDS TO HOLD ON TO THEIR MECHANIC, WILLIAM SPEARS, NO MATTER WHAT THE COST.HE IS WELL WORTH MORE THAN THEY ARE PAYING HIM, I AM SURE! HE IS POLITE TO ALL HIS CUSTOMERS, TOO!
