Located in Pascagoula, Miss., Arlington Elementary School provides academic classes to more than 400 students in prekindergarten through grade five. Established in 1969, the school s core curriculum includes language arts, math, science, basic skills, social studies and physical education. Arlington Elementary School has a library and media center that offers a variety of print and electronic resources. The school is a part of the Pascagoula School District. Arlington Elementary School offers a range of extracurricular activities, such as safety patrol program and student council. The school has a parent-teacher association that sponsors grade-level trips and evening events, such as game nights, family picnics and field day. Arlington Elementary School has a team of guidance counselors who address academic, personal, social and career development needs of students.
