DONT GO TO THIS PLACE!!!! Terrible service the manager was acting very rude and unprofessional they didn't even install what I paid them for and asked for a refund the manager started talking crap in Spanish telling me to leave his store

I have to agree with the rest of the poor reviews. I would figure after years of complaints that they would finally get the message and start to provide decent service and quit ripping people off. I guess that business is so good they can afford to keep cheating hard working people.



They have an F rating with Houston s BBB, yelp, and google. Not everyone of these people can be wrong!!



Take my advice and avoid them.



They will lie to you to get your money and then never make repairs to the damage to your car. They damaged my window and refuse to even call me back when i complaint.

Super great business standards. Had a small problem with the installation of my sound system. Took it in after a few days, and Fabian (tinos employee) fixed it right away and apologized many times for the misunderstanding. I would recommend this place to many. Great Service!

Ok so like dont ever do business with these guys. They will rip you off big time, they DONOT stand behind their "commitment" for the quality of their services.If somthing goes wrong from something they installed they will not take blame for it. I have taken my cars here for over 10 years and not one single happy out come. The only reason was cause it was convient and close to home. Not anymore i am tired of getting screwed around for 10 years and Pasadena needs to know how bad of a buissness men these people are here. For now on I will be taking my vehicles to an "autherized " place like Mobile one or Best Buy, and not some BOOT LEG place that only wants your money and does not stand by their word. PASADENA DO NOT GO HERE, THE SAYING YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR IS EXACTLY RIGHT... if you have time go to citysearch and look up Tino's Car Visions there are a few NEGATIVE reviews about them as well. See crawford.8k.com/tinos.html for photos of a bedliner he will not replace, after spraying it in without scuffing the paint so the bedliner would stick. Currently under investigation by the BBB of Metropolitan Houston, and awaiting possible litigation in small claims court.
