I called ahead and asked for a turn signal switch; they told me they had one, and I went to pick it up. When I got there, it was just a matter of them finding it in their stock room, which took a little longer than I thought it should. When they gave me the turn signal switch, it looked worse than my broken switch. I asked, What if it doesnt work? Just bring it back, they said. So I took it home and it only partially worked. I gave in and just went to OReillys and paid double the price for a brand new one. So when I went back to get my money, they told me no refunds. They quickly went to the back and brought me another one that did work and it looked nice. The question I have is why didnt they give me that one to begin with?
