Dr. Mark H. Moss is a native Texan born in Dallas. After graduating cum laude in Molecular and Cell Biology with a minor in Chemistry from Texas A&M University, he pursued his medical training in Cleveland, OH. After 4 years of medical school, Dr. Moss then completed his surgical training in Reconstructive Foot and Ankle Surgery here in Houston, Texas. Dr. Moss is Board Certified in both Foot Surgery and Reconstructive Rearfoot and Ankle Surgery. He was recently invited to provide his expertise to help prepare the American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgery National Board Examination for the Board Certification Process of new physicians. Dr. Moss has been involved in post graduate residency education for over 11 years. He writes extensively and lectures nationally regarding conditions of the foot and ankle. He currently serves on the Residency Committee at the Greater Texas Education Foundation that administers the West Houston Podiatric Medical and Surgical Residency and Fellowship Programs. He helps to train residents in reconstructive foot and ankle surgery and conservative treatment options. He is a Fellow of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons and an active member of the American and Texas Podiatric Medical Associations. Dr. Moss has been in practice since 2001 when he formed Coastal Foot and Ankle Associates, PA. Coastal Foot and Ankle with the support of the local community and vast referral base of local referring physicians, has grown to encompass 2 offices that support and provide service to the South Houston, Pearland, Friendswood, Clearlake, League City, Sugarland, and Missouri City communities. We are also proud to provide service to many growing communities including Alvin, Lake Jackson, Manvel and Dickinson. Dr. Moss is affiliated with a larger practice, Mckinney Foot and Ankle Associates and together has 6 foot and ankle surgeons.
