Having a van down is crippling to our busy business W&W has worked with OUR working schedule so it will not interrupt the time that the vans can be on the road. When we call they are polite and responsive to all of our needs. They even call/text to confirm the appointments. My "simple" windshield replacement turned into what I considered a nightmare. Instead of taking an hour, it took Chris Donaldson and his father nearly 3 hours to replace it. It wasn't their fault or mine, but Chris went out of his way to correct a flaw on my vehicle, including picking up a replacement part and putting it on my car. I can't recommend Chris and W&W enough!
