Our Story We are a family owned and operated land surveying firm located in Anne Arundel County, MD. We have over 20 years experience in all aspects of land surveying. We pride our self's on being dedicated to our profession. Our company is currently seeking WMBE status with Maryland DOT. We will soon offer construction stakeout services in Virginia as well as Maryland. King's Point Surveys, Inc. is owned by Jessica King who is a second generation Land Surveyor. She has a Bachelor of Science in Geography and Land Surveying from Towson University, an Associates of Applied Sciences in Mathematics, and an Associates of Arts in Land Surveying from the Community College of Baltimore County. She is also one of the youngest licensed female Land Surveyors ever in the state of Maryland.
