Very helpful. My business needed a large order of high-quality cards to announce an event. The product we got back looked great and we received many compliments. Will definitely use them again next year.

Basically: Slow turnaround time, Poor communication, and they charge clients for their own mistakes.



I had a horrible experience with the House of Printing involving a simple 1-color business card job. They changed my PMS color without contacting me, I only found out once the job was done. They had to reprint everything, blowing my deadline, and they're still trying to pin the bill on me for their mistake.



I didn't even get the press check I was promised on either run, and they tried to make me believe their screw up was MY fault. If at all possible, DO NOT PRINT with the House of Printing.
