Primecap Management is focused on long-term results. It evaluates securities based on their outlook over a three to five year time horizon, with the intention of holding them considerably longer if their fundamentals warrant it. Three of its funds are the Odyssey Stock Fund, the Odyssey Growth and Odyssey Aggressive Growth Funds. The Fund's adviser looks for companies that will grow faster and/or will be more profitable than their current market valuations suggest and for companies with asset values that are not adequately reflected in their stock prices. Shares of the PRIMECAP Odyssey Mutual Funds are offered only to United States residents. The PRIMECAP Odyssey FundsSM are distributed by Quasar Distributors.
