Securitas is a terrible company. With thousands of employees and worthless insurance benefits. And job site supervisors who rule with there will on the employees because none of the higher seeded employees know what is happening at most of there work sites. Weak pay and even telling employees to work on Christmas day at empty Wal-Mart parking lots. Which is no better than working for Wal-Mart it self. At will employment at many sites where employees can be terminated for just speaking there minds or on the words of another employee. Site supervisors who use the schedule for there own benefit and taking time off when the want to. While the company has employees work seven to ten days in a row without paying any overtime and when there is overtime the supervisors will give it to themselves. Which is against company policy. And of course company supervisors can make up there own rules for what they want done at there job sites. And most have nothing to do with the post orders. So very sad
